Natural Supplements For Anxiety

Natural Supplements For Anxiety Relief

If you prefer herbal treatments, there are natural supplements for anxiety that can help ease your stress and anxiety symptoms. It can be very difficult to concentrate on your work, or to mingle with others at social gatherings, or even to relax in your own home, knowing that you may be suffering from an anxiety attack at any time and without warning. I know this all to well.

ProVanax Is An All Natural Anxiety Supplement

Provanax IngredientsProVanax is all natural and therefore unlike regular anti-anxiety medications. The ingredients are all natural, so you don’t have to worry about the negative side effects that other artificial medications are known for.

ProVanax works by stimulating your body’s production of dopamine and serotonin – your happy hormones. Dopamine is often called the anti-aging pleasure hormone, while serotonin is called the anti-depression hormone.

ProVanax also regulates your cortisol levels, which are responsible for the stress that you experience.

So ProVanax reduces these stress triggers and increases your feel-good hormones. On top of all that, it also enables you to sleep much better at night.

With all these benefits, it is obvious why ProVanax is being promoted by many people as one of the best natural supplements for anxiety. I have written an in depth review here: ProVanax Review

Natural Supplements and Their Side Effects

As mentioned, the ingredients found in ProVanax are completely natural and so too are other herbal supplements for anxiety. There are no artificial chemicals in these vitamin and mineral supplements, making them completely safe to use.

Furthermore, they do not cause drug dependency either, such as many anxiety medicines are know for. The prescription medications are addictive…or at least many of them are. Another advantage regarding herbal anxiety supplements, is that the vitamins and minerals can actually stimulate the hormones enough to make you feel healthy.

It doesn’t give you synthetic or artificial substances to boost your dopamine or serotonin levels, they encourage your body to produce these hormones naturally.

Some people are still hesitant to use natural supplements for anxiety and that is understandable. After all there are warnings on everything nowadays and the big pharmaceutical companies are opposed to ‘natural’ medications…because it does them out of business. Anyway I shouldn’t start…it will raise my own anxiety levels…I get quite upset about this as I have been down that road.

Anxiety can be a result of a physical imbalance of hormones in your body and of course there can be other factors that cause anxiety attacks. If you don’t take the necessary steps to balance out these hormones, you will experience the highs and lows and the moods and the anxiousness. Plus, it makes you worried that the next anxiety attack may just be moments away.

If you can manage your anxiety, understand and know your triggers, balance your hormones, you are half way there to living an anxiety free life. You can live a perfectly normal and happy life without suffering any of the negative side effects associated with anxiety medications.

ProVanax and other natural supplements for anxiety, help these imbalances naturally and your anxiety and stress problems may be under control within a relatively short period of time.

  1. May I know the components of ProVanax? I prefer natural remedies that is why I want to know its components. I usually get depress because of stress from work and I usually take herbal remedies. ProVanax seems to be very effective too.

  2. how do i know it will work? if this worked why aren’t doctors giving this out.instead there using medications that don’t work

    • Jennifer Johnson says:

      Hi Heather,

What great questions! Your first question first “How do I know it will work?” I guess you don’t know unless you try it. I have written more about it in my “review on Provanax“. I have been promoting this supplement since 2009 and will continue to do so because I have received wonderful feedback.

As for your next question, why don’t doctors give out natural herbal supplements, they do, just not your regular practitioner. A herbalist or homeopath will and does. ProVanax is actually doctor endorsed.

As for medications that don’t work, or cause unwanted side effects, that is true of many medications, not just anxiety meds.

Pharmaceutical medication is big business and I do not want to just blurt out my opinion.

I will however say, I believe in natural anxiety supplements and techniques and I believe they work.

If you have more questions Heather, please just ask me.

      Jennifer

      • I also want to add (as I have been asked by private email) that you can only buy ProVanax online. It is not available in health food stores. There is a bonus though for buying online…you can use my discount coupon code provided in my article.

  3. ProVanax sounds like an interesting and effective supplement for anxiety. I actually went to a homeopath who suggested I tried a low dose of melatonin to help lower my anxiety. It worked however, no matter how low it was, it made me out of it and sleepy. I need to find something that will be calming and will keep me alert.

    • Hi Taylor,

That is the problem with many anti-anxiety medications and with some natural formulas. The reason is because to help lower anxiety levels there has to be some form of ‘calming’ ingredient which can make some people sleepy. Melatonin is also a natural sleep aid, so I can understand it making you sleepy.

ProVanax on the other hand is a supplement I have recommended over the years and has proven to be effective. So I am happy to promote it.

  4. This is the first time I have ever heard of ProVanax, and was happy to read about how effective it is for anxiety. I have anxiety issues myself and I have a terrible time with drugs like Xanax. However I have to say that I have had issues with natural supplements messing with digestion in the past. Is this a side effect with ProVanax?

    • Hi Megan, I haven’t heard of that being a side effect at all. As far as I know, there are no negative side effects as I have described here: ProVanax.

So if you are interested, I don’t think you will have a problem, unless there is a specific ingredient you have a problem with. Then I may have to ask questions on your behalf.

  5. I also understand how it is suffering from anxiety and depression. From what I have read up on ProVanax it sounds like a great supplement. How many days does it take for the effects to start coming in?

    • Hi Terri, it is possible to feel the effects almost immediately. Some of the testimonials given, explain how they noticed the effects within a few days, others a couple of weeks. Everyone is different but it is a supplement I have seen positive results with!

  6. I would love to give this product a try. However, I have to say a proper diet with less sugar and simple carbs and adding exercise to your daily routine has helped lower my anxiety levels. All of it can be very helpful

    • That’s great news Angie! Diet and exercise are so important…I can never stress that enough. Natural anxiety supplements are just an added boost, that as you say can certainly help.
