Natural anxiety relief methods are by far the most preferable treatment although prescription drugs are probably the most common anxiety treatment that people use.<\/p>\n

The reason for this is because that is what doctors can do to help you. They can write a prescription or advise you to see a specialist. Plus without sounding like an advocate for natural remedies<\/a>, the drug companies make a lot of money out of people that need help!<\/p>\n

Some of the prescribed medications have been known to cause undesirable side effects and anxiety medication addictions<\/a>. This makes it even harder for the patient to stop taking them even though they may no longer be needed.<\/p>\n
