Hi Jarrad,

I cannot give you medical advice as your doctors know your history far better than I ever could, but I do suggest you ask the doctors on the Provanax website.

They are: Dr. Sam Robbins - Founder and Dr. Ann Lakner, M.D., Ph.D. - Psychiatrist. If you contact them they will be able to answer you. You can ask them on the bottom of this page: <a href="http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=129390&u=253430&m=17598&urllink=&afftrack=" rel="nofollow">Provanax Contact</a>

If you like I can ask for you, but it would be better if you could talk to them directly. Jennifer

Hi, In the past I had severe panic attacks ,anxiety+ scared of everything age 18-40 I mostly got over it, then I was diag bi polar 1-08 put on zyprexa, then in 10-08 I started having panic attack anx- started taking xanax,2mg a day .5 then 1.5at night to sleep along with 10mg zyprexa, I weaned down my zyprexa to2.5a day xanax still the same, I would like to try something different, than zyprexa, It agrees with me then it doesnt, I can stop it . the xanax I would like to stop,my concern is provanax has hyperforin wich speeds the clearance of xanax from the body, and then too hyperforin I read that bi polar shouldn't take,It could make them manic wich is what I was in 1-08,with no drugs involved, Is the mixture ok because it has a combo of ing... docs or pharms wont give me answers,I dont want to withdrawal, from the fast clearance of xanax, or have major manic racing thoughts...I cant sleep without the xanax, and only sleep 4-5hrs anyway,I do function on less to no zyprexa better, but still a mess.but not manic...for now anyway:)I do have a problem with getting out of bed though Ive been awake for hrs dont have motivation , its like I dont know where to start, when I was put on zyprexa 2 yrs ago I didnt have this problem of fearing everything ,and now its worse than ever,What do you think? thanks for reading:) Hope this makes sense..

Hi Buddy,

Of course, legally I cannot give you any medical advice. I don't know if you are taking any other medications from your doctor, but if you're currently taking anti-anxiety, anti-depression or insomnia medications or herbs, you will most likely need to speak to your doctor about reducing or lowering your dosages for your medications, when using ProVanax®.

If you are not, the ingredients in ProVanax® should help with your symptoms. To give you further explanation, than that listed above:

1. Phenibut® (beta-phenyl-gamma-aminobutyric acid)- is pharmacologically classified as a mood elevator (due to its ability to increase dopamine levels, therefore will help with your depression and possibly your feelings of low self esteem.

2. 5-HTP (Griffonia Simplicifolia) - treats insomnia and depression. So if you are finding it hard to focus/concentrate through lack of sleep or being unable to relax, this may help you.

3. St. John's Wort - also treats depression.

4. Kava Kava - as already mentioned it is a natural tranquilizer, so it may help to calm you down.

5. Passion Flower - this is a non-addictive herb to promote relaxation and treat nervousness, so it may help as far as your low self esteem.

6. Valerian - this is almost like Valium without the side effects.

7. Inositol - as a supplement can help with depression.

ProVanax® is doctor formulated and 100% natural, so it is a safe product without the regular side effects of prescription medications.

If you have any further questions, please don't hesitate to ask, or you can read more FAQ's in more detail "<a href=http://www.shareasale.com/r.cfm?b=129390&u=253430&m=17598&urllink=&afftrack=" rel="nofollow">here</a>".
