Anxiety, depression and stress. Who hasn’t felt some of these emotions? Everyone has, it’s just unfortunate some of us experience them on a daily basis. In 2008 we began researching natural treatments and therapies for mental health issues as we saw so many of our friends with a problem.
Anxiety has always been a problem for me, mainly social anxiety. I didn’t realize this was the reason for my recurring stomach-aches all these years. I thought I was just a nervous person, until going to parties or special events became a nightmare. I always tried to make up an an excuse not to go. My husband had also gone through stages in his early life where he questioned his own problems, so we both became interested in learning more about these mental disorders.
As we researched, so this website began. We wrote articles on our findings and reviewed natural anxiety treatments. Neither of us hold university diplomas in mental health or profess to be qualified in any medical field. We are just two people that need to learn what is going on in our own mind and body. We have become expert in healing ourselves and I feel that is better than any qualification I could claim to hold.
We hope you find real, everyday answers to problems you may experience too. Most of our articles are based on natural remedies and therapies as we prefer them to pharmaceutical medications.
